Under his leadership, Pinnacle BioLabs has expanded from a focused consultancy into a multi-division healthcare services platform. Anshuman continues to oversee strategic partnerships, laboratory support initiatives, and the development of scalable MSO and diagnostic solutions.

Michael Harrison brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, energy-sector project development, and healthcare business operations. His extensive background includes managing complex multi-state initiatives, negotiating partnerships, and supporting early-stage operational growth strategies. Known for his strong business relationships throughout the United States and the UK, Michael provides operational oversight, strategic planning, and leadership across Pinnacle BioLabs’ expanded service lines and client engagements.

Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Lisa Bakota brings a diverse background in corporate finance, business operations, and marketing strategy. She is a UCLA graduate, holds an MBA with a concentration in International Marketing, and is a licensed California real estate broker. Ms. Bakota is also the Chief Executive Officer of Tres Group LLC, a privately held business management company. Tres Group LLC does not provide investment advisory, financial, or securities-related services to Pinnacle BioLabs. At Pinnacle BioLabs, Ms. Bakota leads financial strategy, administrative operations, corporate governance, and internal business planning initiatives.

Cynthia Pierce is a seasoned business strategist known for her work across nonprofit leadership, community initiatives, and multi-state organizational development. Her background includes serving on boards, supporting philanthropic foundations, and advising healthcare-aligned projects with a focus on program expansion, stakeholder alignment, and operational planning. At Pinnacle BioLabs, Cynthia provides strategic guidance in business development, partnership cultivation, and organizational structure, playing a key advisory role in long-term growth planning.
